Common questions
What counts as a "package"?
A package is a single send — one merged PDF delivered to one or more recipients. Each send event counts as one package, regardless of how many files you uploaded or how many pages the final PDF contains.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle and we don't charge cancellation fees.
What happens when I hit my package limit on Free or Personal?
You'll receive an email notification when you're close to your limit. Once reached, you won't be able to send new packages until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Recipients who already have links can still download their documents.
Is my recipients' data kept private?
Yes. Each recipient gets their own unique secure link and must verify their email before downloading. We never share recipient data with third parties and all transfers are encrypted in transit and at rest.
